| For how long will ChrisPics shoot at our school formal? Typically, we are at your formal for approximately 4 hours. However, we do stay around until all of the required shots have been captured, and the time we spend shooting really depends on how long you need us there. There are no extra charges for formals which run longer then 4 hours.
How many photographers will be shooting at my formal? The number of photographers who will be shooting at your event is very dependent on the school formal package you chose, as well as the number of guests attending your formal.
Can we hire a ChrisPics Photographer to shoot at our formal, instead of paying for a package? Yes. However, with this service you do not receive the mobile digital studio for portraits. Also, the photographer must be hired for a minimum of 4 hours. You will receive all the images in high resolution on a DVD.
How long before the event do we need to pay? A 30% deposit must be made 2 weeks in advance of the event, with the remainder paid on or before the date of your event. Early bookings and payment are often rewarded with discounts or bonuses.
How long does it take before I can view my formal photos in the online gallery? ChrisPics will strive to have the pictures available for veiwing by the morning after the event. We guarentee that all photos will be available for veiwing and ordering within 48 hours of your event finishing.
How long will my online gallery be available? Your online gallery will be available for a minimum of 1 year, but we do keep all photographs on file forever.
