This package is perfect for schools on a tight budget, with only a small number of students wanting portraits. With this package, we set up our mobile digital studio at the venue of your school formal, and supply a professional photographer. A whole grade picture will also be taken during the evening. There is no charge involved with us attending your formal, and students only pay for the prints they order. An online gallery will also be created, allowing students to review and purchase their portraits online. As an added bonus, all images purchased on the night of your formal will receive a 25% discount. Print packages, with large discounts on the cost of prints, will also be available on the night. However, this package does not include the candid/paparazzi style photography service. Candid Photography involves one of our professional photographers wandering around the event capturing students in a casual manner - this service can be added for only $2 per student, which organisers often just include in the ticket price. This package is perfect for schools who have a small photography budget for their formal, and who want students to have a little momento to remember the night. Included in this package is our mobile digital photo studio for formal portaits and our candid/paparazzi service, which will capture all the guests in a relaxed and casual environement. Each student will receive a 5x7 inch group photo, which provides a great way to remember your formal and classmates. In addition, the school will also receive a DVD containing 10 low resolution images, which can be used in the yearbook, on the schools website or even the newsletter. As an added bonus, all prints ordered on the evening receive a 40% discount. All photos taken on the night, both formal portraiture and candid, will be available for purchase in an online gallery. The cost of this service is $7 per student. This cost is normally added to the ticket price, and with many schools having more attendees then just the students (including parents, teachers, friends, partners, etc.), the cost per ticket is often quite low. Included in this package is our mobile digital photo studio for formal portaits and our candid/paparazzi service, which will capture all the guests in a relaxed and casual environement. Each student will also receive a 5x7 inch year group photo, as well as a 5x7 inch photo of their table group, providing a special gift which will be cherished and provides a great way to remember the night and your classmates. In addition, the school will also receive a DVD containing 10 high resolution images, which can be used in the yearbook, on the schools website or even the newsletter. As an added bonus, all prints ordered on the evening receive a 40% discount. All photos taken on the night, both formal portraiture and candid, will be available for purchase in an online gallery. The cost of this service is $10 per student. This cost is normally added to the ticket price, and with many schools having more attendees then just the students (including parents, teachers, friends, partners, etc.), the cost per ticket is often quite low. This Package would be well suited to schools who want to organise the pricing, distribution and sale of prints themselves. Both the portrait and candid services are provided, capturing the atmosphere of the evening. With this package, you recieve 5 DVD's with all the images provided in high resolution. As such, the school can then organise to print and sell the photos themselves for a profit, perhaps as a fundraiser. An unlimited number of photographs can also be used for school publications, including yearbooks, websites and newsletters. The cost of this package is $13 per student. This cost is normally added to the ticket price, and with many schools having more attendees then just the students (including parents, teachers, friends, partners, etc.), the cost per ticket is often quite low. With this package, ChrisPics will not sell any photos taken at your formal, either on the night or over the internet, and will instead direct their purchase towards the event organisers. Also, if you book this package more than 2 months in advance of your event, you will receive a 5% discount.

This Package is perfect for schools with a large photography budget and who want each student to have a comprehensive and lasting memory of their formal. Included in this package is the mobile digital studio for formal portraits, as well as the candid/paparazzi style photography, which will capture the guests in a relaxed and casual environment throughout the venue. Two photographers will be supplied, to ensure that not a single moment is missed. During the event, a slideshow will project pictures onto a large screen, displaying the photographs which have been captured throughout the evening. Each student will receive a DVD containing all of the high resolution images taken throughout the evening. These images are copyright and royalty free, meaning they can be reproduced, printed and distributed in any format you desire, including publishing on Facebook, MySpace and bebo. A DVD will also be presented to your school, for use in the yearbook, newsletter or website. An online gallery will be created, from which prints can be ordered. Also, all prints ordered on the evening of the event recieve a 40% discount. The cost of this package is $16 per student. This cost is normally added to the ticket price, and with many schools having more attendees then just the students (including parents, teachers, friends, partners, etc.), the cost per ticket is often quite low. Also, if you book this package more than 2 months in advance of your event, you will recieve a special 5% discount.
